Oooohh... yes, it will run BUT that mobo has a PCI-E 1.1 slot and that GPU needs a PCI-E 2.0 slot so it will be bottlenecked by the transfer rate of PCI-E 1.1 which means it will run slow. Also, that GPU needs a two 6 pin connector from the power supply. You need a non-generic PSU for that kind of power draw
