Steps 7

1. Simply way to fix the problem is to restart/reboot the device

2. If the restart method is not working you can follow this way

3. Goto setting-apps-all then click... This icon and them click. "Reset app preference" option

4. Now locate "Google play services " option.

5.click "clear cache " option and then also click "manage space " option also.

6. Now this tine click "clear all data " option.

7. Finally remove all minimized apps and again try to access the play store the error is solved.
