  • Roll your shoulders backwards and down 10 times
  • Squeeze your shoulder blades together 10 times
  • Push your head backwards into your car head rest or hands and hold for 30 seconds
  • Bring your ear to your shoulder 10 times on each side
 
tama ung advised nung 1st commentor,, at dapat hindi matigas ang unan na gagamitin mo dahil pwede mag increase ng rigidity sa muscle at mag karoon ng muscle sprain sa neck. wag din mag unan ng masyadong mataas.
 
kusa lang yan mawawala bro ako every sleep time naglalagay ako ng oitnment sa part n masakit before matulog
 
I usually drink Myonal. Its a muscle relaxant and puede yan over the counter. Tense ang muscles sa stiffneck kaya it needs to be relaxed.
