Hmm..In what way po na OS ang target ng C# boss? Never pa kasi ako naka-encounter ng c# system which is intended for the OS. Baka po emu 8086 (Assembly Language) po ibig mong sabihin? Usually kasi ang C# ginagamit pang-gawa ng windows form or web forms. UNLESS, ang ibig mo pong sabihin is nagagamit ang c# para gumawa ng sariling OS (this I could agree). Please correct me if I'm wrong.

what I mean is platform target,
C# programs are usually targeted towards the Windows operating system, although Microsoft is working towards cross-platform support for C# programs. With C++, you can code for any platform including Mac, Windows and Linux.
