🔒 Closed Help about squid proxy setup on ubuntu

May question lang po ako about sa squid proxy. Ito po ang VPS ko:

Provider: DigitalOcean
OS: Ubuntu 16.04.3

Currently ginagamit ko siya as ssh and remote proxy for http injector. Ok naman ang lahat, pero hindi na mag connect nang nag change ako ng payload. Ang na notice ko is nagconnect lang ang injector if "normal" ang injection method. If "back inject" siya, hindi na siya nag connect.

Pano ko nalaman na sa remote proxy and payload ang problem:

1. "normal injection method", own rp---->always connect
2. "back inject" method, different ssh server, different rp----->connect
3. "back inject" method, different ssh server, own rp---->no connect, "connection lost, protocol mismatch"
4. "back inject" method, own ssh server, different rp---->connect
5. "back inject method, own ssh server, own rp----->no connect "connection lost, protocol mismatch"

In short, kapag own rp ang ginamit ko then "back inject" ang method, di siya nagcoconnect

Ito po ang config file ko sa squid /etc/squid/squid.conf:

acl url1 url_regex -i 127.0.0.1
acl url2 url_regex -i localhost
acl url3 url_regex -i xxx.xxx.xx.xx
http_access allow url1
http_access allow url2
http_access allow url3
http_access deny all
http_port 3128
visible_hostname phreaker56
forwarded_for off
via off

Restricted po ang rp sa ip ko lang para hindi magamit ng iba

Pa try din ako nito tol, dun kasi sa isang azure server na gamit ko nag 409 conflict yung squid proxy sa normal connect. Baka sakaling ma fix nito, thanks sa idea.

Yung $5 per month. Pero meron akong 25$ na free credit dahil sa referal na 10$ plus coupon na 15$. Kailangan ka ng credit card. Pwede paymaya. Pero ako gcash amex gamit ko

salamat sa reply, okay nadin pala mura lang. kesa shared yung SSH server sa iba tapos wala ng iisipin na monthly expiration ng SSH account. kailangan lang ma secure yung server kasi usual na problem daw yung DDoS sa Digital Ocean e. salute!
