May ka PHC na bang nakakuha nitong sakit na to? Or permanently nang gumaling? Halos lahat ng natatanungan kong may costo halos years na nilang dala. Sobrang sakit kasi di nadadaan ng painkillers

It's not my intention to be rude but this doesn't happen in all cases.
If you're one of the lucky ones, you'll only have it once and it never comes back. Unfortunately for me, I have the chronic one and from time to time, I have my flare ups.


ts, has your doctor ruled out other causes of chest pain? like heart problem?
Anyway, since costo feels like a recurring heart attack, it's better if you learn other ways to manage the pain.
Don't rely on painkillers.
Avoid your triggers, if possible.
And when in pain, rest.

Yes costo ang sabi ng doc. Akala ko hineheart attack na ako. 1 week na ako na diagnose pero sobrang sakit pati likod sumasakit din. Wala mabigay ung doc na treatment except mga painkillers lang. Blood test at ECG normal naman daw. Sana naman mawala na to. Madalas na nakikita ko mga 2+ years na silang may costo
