💼 Business Business development/sales/marketing professional in the it industry?

I'm looking to change careers, and the IT industry is my next chosen stop. Based on my background and current skill set, I can do good in Business Development/Sales & Marketing field. Are there IT companies that provide great compensation, perks, training, and career growth for persons who are looking to be in the said industry with such background and skill set?

You focus on what you're good at sir. Business minded people are highly needed in the IT industry. You don't even need to know how to code. But its an advantage. Start up companies need you. Try accenture.

Although the duties of my present work is not entirely biz dev/marketing, a part of it is, but it's purely written. Plus, I'm not that experienced, so I want to work for an IT company that provides training and seminars for people who aspire to be in the said professions.

I'm really having troubles finding information about the best IT companies, and out of four threads that I posted on different forums/Q&A sites, only two threads gathered responses.
