DI po sya pwede kasi yung 3g na WIFI is yun talaga naka built in sa kanya pwede po syang gawing 4g if palitan mo yung chipset nya or hardware para maging 4g its better na bibili ka nlng ng lte or 4g na pocket wifi i hope it helps
