How?

This Android app turns your phone into a network camera with multiple viewing options. View your camera on any platform with VLC player or web browser. Stream video inside WiFi network without internet access.

Requirements:

1x Android phone (4.0 or higher)
1x Laptop preferably Windows OS- di ko pa na try sa MAC

Process:

Step 1: Download the Android App by going to this

No need to crack or mod. Let's help developers too.

Step 2: Enable hotspot or tethering on your phone.

Step 3: Connect your laptop to the WIFI network that you created.

Step 4: Once your phone and laptop connected, open the app and scroll down sa baba meron kayo makikita na link just copy at ilagay sa notepad sa laptop nyo.

Step 5. Paste the link to your web browser, from there just access any link that will be given and it will serve as a monitor from your laptop.

Done and enjoy viewing!

Again, gawin nyo lng to sa mabuting paraan. (Alam ko na iniisip nyo pag merong CCTV eh).
