Good Day ka-PHC, hingi sana ako nang tulong sa inyo kung paano ba ang tamang pagpapayat. Unang una po pala ako ay 21Yrs old, 5'10'', at 235 LBS, obese obviously. Eto po ang sinimulan kong routine, 30 minutes jogging. 15 Crunches, 10 push ups, 50 Jumping jacks, 10 laps of obstacle jumps. At ang meal routine ko naman po ay eto. Breakfast - 1 Boiled Egg, Lunch & Supper - Cook vegetables. Tama po ba ang routine kong yan? Ano po ba dapat kong baguhin? Hingi po sana ako sa inyo nang exercise routine plang at diet meal plan na naaayon sa akin. Salamat po.
