A study show that lack of sleep makes people gain weight. The study compared two subjects. Subject A had more sleep. Subject B had less sleep. Si subject A, binigyan ng pagkain, pero tinanggihan niya. Si subject B, binigyan ng pagkain, kulang pa.

The conclusion is, less sleep, higher rate of eating. That's why sleep deprived people get fat.
