parang lahat na nakikita ko na yung epekto.. may insomnia kasi ako hirap akong makatulog, but this time nagbasa-basa ako ng mga article about sa insomnia, isang dahilan daw dito ay panonood ng tv, computer at cellphone kaya this time nabawasan ko na at nag improve na sleeping habit ko pero ask lang TS totoo ba yung #9? change your genes talaga? paki explain pa daw yun, salamat..
