Wala naman talagang kinalaman c sscap niyan. Perhaps the problem is either in your server or in your proxy setting. Sabayan mo ng ultrasurf or dikaya proxifier si sscap. then configure mo yung proxy setting. Mag hanap ka ng working server.

Maybe the problem is with the proxy settings on your browser have been configured? Double check it, It should look like this one
