Pahelp po please. WFH po ako. nag rrandom restart po kasi ang B535-932 (Black Mamba) ko. Sana po may makahelp mareflash firmware . kasi tingin ko corrupted firmware ko. Help please. huhu Current version: 10.0.2.1(H195SP1C983) rocket sim.

Hi, before reflashing the firmware, try to confirm first if it is really a firmware issue.

You can try:
1. Factory reset the B535-932 and check if random restart still happens.
2. Check the power adapter and cable because unstable power can also cause reboot.
3. If possible, backup your current firmware information.

For reflashing, make sure the firmware is exactly for Huawei B535-932 and matches your hardware/CUST version. Wrong firmware can brick the device.

Hope someone with the same B535-932 version can share the correct firmware.
