I have Sky broadband Digibox HD, I have reset the router and I can't log in to may account to reset the password and change the username. I tried to log in to 192.186.0.1 and it asked me to enter the USER NAME and PASSWORD , I try to enter admin and user or admin and admin. but it tells me "Given username and/or password is/are wrong" Please Help!

Try this:
Username: admin
Password: sky

Hi,
There is a black button with reset
You could try resetting it by pressing something in the tiny little hole of the side of it. This will reset it back to admin (username) and sky (password).

or if ever doesn't work, try to find the black reset button, kept the button pressed for few second and the light and connection went off and came back again after a moment, and ta da! reset. I Hope, i answered your concern, Thank you.
