Matagal na ang debate tungkol sa ideyang ito kasing tanda na nga yata ng hinukay na ilog. Palaging magkalaban ang puso at isipan pagdating sa pagdedesisyon lalo na kung tungkol ito sa kung sino ang dapat nating piliin pagdating sa pagmamahal. Ngayon, tatanungin kita, ano sa tingin mo ang nararapat nating sundin? Puso o Isip?

Now, let’s begin our discussion by defining love. They say that:
Love is something that cannot be bought by money.
Love is like a rosary that is full of mystery.
Love is blind.
Love is unique and unconditional.
Love is like going to a ******; it always comes with big risks. There are times when you win, but you more frequently lose, especially when you are not aware of what you’re doing. Oftentimes, despite the fact that people always reiterate that we should follow our brains, there are still many of us who choose to follow our hearts instead because we have this perception that it will eventually make us happy in the long run. There are even some instances when we look so stupid for running after a person who doesn’t even love us back, and then we seem so pathetic and dazed because we continue to hope that we still made the right decision, despite all the pain that we have been experiencing. Which is why, even though our mind tells us to stop and give up, we still continue to love. This is also the reason why the word “martyr”.
Even though it is difficult to accept, we should really try to follow what our mind says, because most of the time, our heart just ends up harming us. We should not let the beating of our heart command us. The reason why the brain is above the heart is because we need to think very carefully about what our heart is feeling. We should be smarter than our heart so that we can avoid getting hurt in the end. So please, stop being dazed and pathetic. Let’s teach our hearts how to be smarter for us so that we can finally be happy.
