For USB drives:

1. Open mo ung start -> type mo sa search box Run...
2. Tapos type mo diskmgmt.msc and press enter
3. right click mo ung partition ung gusto mong i-format kung saan naka-plug in (where the letter and size is)
4. Tpos mo ung 'Delete Partition...' and confirm
5. right mouse button click mo doon din mismo sa lugar na yun taz select 'Create partition'
6. Piliin mo ung primary partition
6. select size, file format, disk letter, label etc should be all right if you leave defaults.
7. click ok

Gagawa ulit sya ng panibagong partition at ma -foformat siya ng maayos.
