Now I got it that the poster happens to be a greek who took the effort to share something in this forum like tricks that work in his country Greece and wanted us to try the same if it may also work in Philippine internet set up..I got him now..

In my device my phone is rooted..
But not work always saying is have a weak connection and time and date not set...

How this is even possible ? Frequencys are not changing it should work this has nothing to do if you are from phillipines or not it should work as I said this is working in cyanogen mod 13 ROM. I tested that trick with many. Of my friends phones with different Roms and it didn't work so it must be the ROM that trigger the bug

What's a guru BTW? Lol I kind of understand he's someone I need to get me sexually active again and I have a strong feeling that guru is you!!!!
