ACTIVATE INTERNET ON YOUR DEVICE
Most phones and devices have their internet connection turned on by default. If your phone's internet isn't activated yet, check out the simple steps below.
~
• For Android users
1. Go to Settings > Mobile Networks >
Access point names .
2. Select internet.globe.com.ph
3. Click Save.
~
• For iPhone users
1. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Data Network.
2. Input internet.globe.com.ph
~
• For dongles or pocket Wi-Fis
1. On your device dashboard, go to Settings > APN Settings .
2. Type internet.globe.com.ph in the textbox.
3. Click Save.
Make sure your proxy settings are turned off. To do this:
a. Go to Settings > Show advanced settings >
Change proxy settings .
b. In the Connections tab, click on LAN Settings .
c. Make sure Proxy settings is unchecked.
d. Click OK or Save.
4. Close your browser and RESET your dongle by turning it OFF and ON again.
