Hello gusto ko sanang humingi ng advice sa inyo tungkol sa pag take ko ng multi vitamins .. ok lang ba na sabay iniinom ang centrum , pharmaton and pharex b complex ?? iniinom ko to after lunch everday .. bali pang 4 days ko ng iniinom yung pharmaton kasama yung centrum and pharex dati kasi ang iniinom ko lang is centrum and pharex .. wala naman akong ibang nararamdaman .. gusto ko lng humingi ng advice kung ok lang ba yung ginagawa ko .. sana may naliligaw na physician dito:)
 
punta ka kuya sa tgp or generica or kay doc...mas alam nila yan..

better consult sir a doctor.. kahit vitamins pa yan.. masama din po kasi ang sobra.. may reverse at adverse effect po sa katawan yan..

recommended sakin yung centrum and pharex then ok lang naman inumin ng sabay yung dalawa .. ang hindi ko na pa consult is yung nag dagdag ako ng iniinom ko na multi vit yung pharmaton .. cguro dapat mag pa consult muna ako .. salamat sa inyo
 
Ginawa ko nayan sbi sakin ng doktor sinisira ko lang daw bato ko at atay, pinayuhan nya ako wag muna uminom ng mga ganyan instead pinakilala nya ako sa isang naturopathy (weird diba) pero naging ok pakiramdam ko hindi na ako inaantok sa work at nakakatulog ako ng maasyos kahit panggabi pasok, gusto mo bigay ko sayo info
 
Tumaba ako diyan ang ginawa ko tinigil ko at nag exercise ako araw araw.

mula non nag exercise ako nakaka tulog na ko ng maayos at di inaantok sa trabaho

It depends. There are two types of vitamins, fat soluble and water soluble. Fat soluble vitamins (e.g. vitamin A, D, E, K) are stored a lot longer therefore they are more dangerous to your liver. Whereas water soluble vitamins are generally safe even consumed in large doses (megadose like vitamin c) because you will just excrete the excess substances on first urination because the body does not need it. But its really better if you consult your doctor because its case to case basis, one person is not thesame as the other. Search for hypervitaminosis for added reference.
