for android phone... es file explorer lang katapat niyan
for desktop/lappy... dapat nagrurun siya sa linux, macintosh or ubuntu.. nabubuksan yung ng explorer nila as an archived file

android phones - esfileexplorer would do the trick
for desktops/lappy - have an ubuntu, linux or macintosh operating system. that will open that in a jiff. you cannot extract those on windows so better yet use other Operating systems

status 200 means you have been connected but socket closed means there might be something that is wrong with your configuration

have you checked the configuration you've used? is there any other settings you might have by any means missed?
