in fact the link that l gave it to you is only accesible when we active " mobile data " when we want to buy internet pack it's a free host , but the original website that can be accessible by anyone is : " djezzy.dz " this one is not free it means you need internet connection to access , before we used " internet.djezzy.dz " for free internet using psiphon etc..
