sa kin hindi fibr, pero same symptoms... na-fix ko siya nung pinalitan ko channel ng wifi ko... marami ba wifi sa paligid? nagsasalpukan daw signal nun pag ganun, naka kataas din daw ng ping, mukhang totoo sa experience ko... 
try mo din maglipat ng channel, ilayo mo dun sa mga crowded channels... install ka pingtools sa android tapos gamitin mo wifi scanner, dun mo makikita kung anu anong channel gamit ng mga wifi device sa paligid mo... then modify mo na channel ng wifi router mo tapos test mo na... sana mag-work din sa iyo...
