🔒 Closed Charging problem

Pa tulong nmn pls. Kasi yung iphone 4s ku hindi sya nag chacharge if naka on sya. Peru kpag nka off sya nag chacharge sya. Kapag e on mu yung phone bumabalik sya ng 4%

Press and hold both the sleep/wake button on the side of the iPhone and the “Home” button for 10 to15 seconds; you'll see the red “Power Off” slider -- keep holding until you see the Apple logo and the phone shuts off. Turn it back on and try charging again
