Palagi ka bang nakababad sa harap ng computer? Napapansin mo na ba na minsan sumasakit na likod mo at halos di ka na nakakagalaw ng maayos?
Here are 3 simple exercise you can do twice a day to fix your posture:

Ginagawa ko siya and nakakatulong talaga, napansin ko na kasi ang pangit na ng posture ko pag nakatayo, naka forward na yung head ko and pag naglalakad laging naka tingin sa baba.
After a few weeks medyo ok na at hindi na ako awkward tingnan, bumalik na ung natural straight posture.
Try niyo guys.
