kuya pakainin mo ng 6x a day..
every 3hrs pakainin mo sya ng 1cup of rice w/ meat or gulay.. after 1 month makikita mo yang resulta..
 
increase lang ng food intake,1-2 hours exercise,rest and sleep,mag gain yan ng weight,khit ala na vitamins na binibili,makukuha mo yang vit.sa tamang pagkain ;) :D
 
Isama mo sa diet ang more on protein foods like meat,egg,milk,beans and nuts.... 17 years old ka pa lang naman I think baka mabilis lang metabolism mo kaya hindi ka agad nag-gegain ng weight...wait mo til mag 21 years old ka magbabago na yan...Pero kung like mo talaga ng mabilisan result meron naman nabibili na mga whey protein supplements, samahan mo na lang ng regular exercise para ma burn ang calories at mailabas ng katawan mo ang toxins or dumi (pwede din sa pagiging athletic like regular na paglalaro ng sports like basketball)
