End result of testing.. Well, it's different from what OP/TS posted (or in other words what I have seen in the post, like "Fast" something like that, turns out it wasn't true at all)
The MGC version of this OpenVPN is very slow (5 kbps in Download. It's slower than a disabled woman trying to climb an escalator that's going up) like throttled speeds of when you reach 800MB in some certain promos
You still get throttled by using the Default APN version
Therefore this makes this VPN like any other VPN.. Throttled na talaga ang APN na MGC, wala ka na magagawa until if somebody in Globibo sabotages the servers and removes the throttle in the MGC APN, but I doubt that will happen.
Is there any more effective VPN that is like really truly fast like the old glory days just back in 2014/2013?
Oh and one last thing I didn't mention: I use the PC version of the OpenVPN.
Well, thanks anyway for your effort on creating this VPN.. It's a shame that Globibo only throttled MGC permanently.... If I could just do heavy downloads like it was back then..
P.S. No, I'm not complaining, I'm just stating the facts.. I guess the results may vary for other users with other SIM cards..

yup yung MGC talaga ay sobrang bagal... and sa default naman switch ka sir sa TM no capping with promo... and TCP servers na lang kasi ang working ngayon sa VPN unlike dati na meron pang UDP servers... tiyaga na lang muna ang mahalaga sa ngayon ay may nagagamit tayong freenet... ^_^
