A new Muse account must redeem an invite code within 48 hours of signing up, or it expires. Count those 48 hours from the moment you signed up. If that window has passed, the Redeem entry may no longer be there for that account.
2. Check the entry location
Use only the official path for the device you are on. Do not search for a Redeem field in a different menu and conclude that it does not exist.
On mobile, in the Muse app: Settings → Redeem token
On the web, at muse.ai: Settings → General → Usage → Redeem invite code
