Cignal (Philippines) has announced the discontinuation of two movie channels across Cignal TV, Cignal Play, and SatLite effective October 1, 2026.
Following the recent removal of five HBO Asia channels from its lineup, Cignal will cease broadcasting Celestial Movies Pinoy and TMC – Tagalized Movie Channel starting October 1, 2026.
The affected channels are:
Despite the changes, Cignal customers will continue to have access to other Filipino movie and entertainment channels, including TAP Movies, Studio Universal, Abante News TV, TAP Silog, Jeepney TV, CineMo!, Kapatid Channel, and Kapamilya Channel.
This latest announcement marks another significant change to Cignal's channel lineup following the departure of the five HBO Asia channels — HBO, Cinemax, HBO Family, HBO Signature, and HBO Hits — from Cignal Play on August 16 and from Cignal TV and SatLite on September 1, 2026.
