Hindi maaaring pilitin si Vice President Sara Duterte na magbigay ng testimonya laban sa kaniyang sarili sa impeachment trial.
Ito ang iginiit ng depensa matapos ihayag ng House Prosecution Panel ang planong pagpapatawag sa Bise Presidente bilang testigo sa nagpapatuloy na impeachment trial laban sa kaniya.
