I really don't have the time to teach the instructions here, but if somehow you know the work around on your LGTV, it's easy. If you managed to add the Homebrew on your device, you can add the repository there and download the app, just search "IPTV for WebOS for free" on Google, the first reddit link would be the one, then you'll know your way. Just sharing really.
