Naniniwala ang isang miyembro ng House prosecution team na hindi na kailangang i-subpoena si Vice President Sara Duterte kaugnay ng pahayag ni dating special disbursing officer Gina Acosta tungkol sa pag-release ng confidential funds sa isang security officer.
Pero para sa isang kongresista, dapat mismong si VP Duterte ang magpaliwanag nito.
