Ipinahayag ng dating Special Disbursing Officer ng Office of the Vice President na si Gina Acosta na si Vice President Sara Duterte ang nag-utos sa kanya na i-release ang daang milyong pisong halaga ng confidential funds kay Col. Raymond Dante Lachica.
Si Acosta ang kauna-unahang hostile witness ng House prosecution team sa impeachment trial.
