Nilinaw ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na sapat ang kanilang ebidensya sa pagsasampa ng kasong grave threats laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
Wala rin umanong nakikitang ebidensya ang DOJ upang ituring na inciting to sedition ang naging pahayag ng Bise Presidente laban kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. at sa iba pang matataas na opisyal, taliwas sa pananaw ng Palasyo.
