Hello!

Paano po ma-hide ang root sa CIMB app?
Working naman ang setup ko sa GCash, Maya, and Maribank, ito lang talagang CIMB ang hindi ko mapagana.

Possible lang na Magisk itself yung nagiging issue, since mas mabilis na siyang ma-detect ng ibang banking apps ngayon. I can't say for sure though, kasi hindi ko rin personally ginagamit yung CIMB app, so hindi ko pa siya na-test sa current setup ko.

If gusto mo pa ring mag-root, you can try KernelSU (KSU) instead. KSU na rin yung gamit ko ngayon for rooting, and marami na rin gumagamit ng KSU-based setups. Hindi ko rin masasabi na siguradong gagana siya sa CIMB, pero worth trying and exploring if you really want to keep your device rooted.

If CIMB is important to you and ayaw mo naman ng hassle sa troubleshooting, another option is to simply unroot the device and return to a stock setup. At least mas straightforward iyon kaysa magpalit-palit ng root methods just to get one banking app working.
