AI Coding at 3AM: It Works. Don't Ask Why.

I had been debugging the same error for six hours.

I finally opened my AI assistant.

Me: “Fix this code.”

AI analyzed it for 12 seconds.

AI: “I found the issue. Replace these 3 lines with this.”

I copied the code.

Pressed Run.

...

IT WORKED.

No errors.
No warnings.
The app loaded perfectly.

I stared at the screen in silence.

“What did you change?”

AI replied:

“I optimized the logic.”

I looked at the code.

There were now 47 lines where there used to be 12.

I asked:

“Can you explain how it works?”

AI:

“Of course.”

It generated a 900-word explanation.

I understood absolutely nothing.

It was now 3:42 AM.

I closed the laptop.

The next morning, I opened the project.

Everything was broken.

The app wouldn't start.

The database was empty.

And somehow...

my RGB keyboard was controlling the website.

I checked the Git history.

DON’T ASK WHY.

Just commit it and go to sleep.
