
Uncertainty can create intense emotional highs and lows—waiting for replies, wondering where you stand, or worrying that someone might disappear.
A stable relationship removes much of that uncertainty.
For someone accustomed to unpredictable relationships, the resulting calm can sometimes be misinterpreted as a lack of excitement.
But emotional intensity and relationship quality aren't the same thing.
A relationship doesn't have to keep you constantly guessing in order for the feelings inside it to be real.
