Any advice? for bootloop device(tecno)

so ayun, dinala ko na sa carlcare yung bootlooped device ko which eventually hindi pa din naayos. Isa lang naman sana problema ko. Is maunlock yung flash nya kasi need ng auth file.

mukhang auth restriction na talaga yung sabit jan common yan sa newer tecno lalo na mediatek kasi hindi basta basta mapapaflash kahit tama firmware kung humihingi ng authorized account or auth file
