Any advice? for bootloop device(tecno)

so ayun, dinala ko na sa carlcare yung bootlooped device ko which eventually hindi pa din naayos. Isa lang naman sana problema ko. Is maunlock yung flash nya kasi need ng auth file.

kaya nga auth file lang talaga need ko, baka kasi sa branch ng carlcare na pinagawan ko is hindi certified na carlcare technician

yung device po hindi na nag boboot sa recovery and fastboot, yes adb and fastboot drivers nasa pc na din
