Have you ever come up with a great idea while taking a shówer or walking outside? Scientists say this happens because your brain switches into a mode that allows different ideas to connect more freely. When you're relaxed and not focusing on a specific task, your mind explores creative possibilities.
This is why many inventors, writers, and artists get their best ideas away from their desks. Giving your brain a short break can sometimes solve problems more effectively than forcing yourself to think. Your best idea might arrive when you're not trying to find it.
