Binigyan ng permit para makapag-rally sa Lunes, July 27, ang tatlong grupo kasabay ng ikalimang State of the Nation Address ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
Ngunit may babala ang Philippine National Police sa mga organizer nito.
