Walang iregularidad sa naging pagpupulong nina National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag at House Lead Prosecutor at Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro bago ang pagharap nito sa impeachment court.
Ayon sa prosekusyon, normal ang ganitong paghahanda sa pagitan ng abogado at testigong ihaharap sa korte.
