❓ Help Redeem problem

1st day:
Nung kagabi lang nag-check ako ng balance ng points ko at okay naman, mga 20 seconds ata bago nagtext kaya binomba ko ng "REDEEM GOSURF50". Sadly, di na raw maprocess kasi dami ko raw nasend na request tapos nagtext din na nagsasabing na-reach ko na raw yung maximum number of redemption. In short, failed.

2nd day:
Tapos kaninang umaga, ginawa ko ulit, mga 50 sms lang. Ito sabi nung niregister ko kaso di daw maprocess yung request:

"Globe Rewards: Sorry, but we can't process your request at this time. You've reached the allowable Rewards transaction for the day. Please call us at 211 or 02-7301000 for details. Thank you."

Ano po kaya nangyari? Na-block ba SIM ko dahil sa multiple request na ginawa ko? Makakapag-redeem pa kaya ako nito? :unsure:
Bukas kaya, pwede pa o hindi na talaga? :(

P.S.: Nakakapag-check balance pa rin ako via 4438. Nagsesend ng message pero di ako makapag-redeem ng promo. E.G. "REDEEM GOSURF 50"
