Tiniyak ng Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology o PHIVOLCS na patuloy nitong binabantayan ang posibleng epekto ng pag-angat ng lupa sa Sarangani at Davao Occidental.
Kasunod ito ng magnitude 7.8 na lindol noong nakaraang linggo.
Ayon kay PHIVOLCS Director Teresito Bacolcol, hindi dapat ikabahala ang paggalaw ng lupa.
