This app was made primarily for Nothing and CMF phones, which have a HD haptic motor, so it can "tick" like a real "select wheel" primarily found in various cars and digital guitar pedals. Budget phones have a literal vibration motor that can be either on or off, so it won't work correctly on these. We can't guarantee that it will work on your device.
