Recent Electricity bills reveal another consumer taxes on top of Government Taxes on Electricity.
FIT-ALL (Renewable)
GEA-ALL (Renewable)
Universal Charges.

These taxes aims to subsidize and exempt 4ps Filipino Beneficiaries and Senior Citizens of their monthly electric consumption despite of the exisiting way high taxes of 12%.
Don't get me wrong, helping other is not a question on the line. It is why the consumer needs to bare the weight of those people who fails to find work and just lurking around and wait for the subsidy to come. Not to mentioned that I know several 4ps members who are living in a manner similar of those of lower middle class who have AC and other appliances at home.
Neither public debate was televised on the discourse of this slide bill if this represents the consensus of all to agreed on the parameter of the said program. Furthermore, We always protect the poor who can't have enough while the rich are almost not affected since they earn enough but those in the lower middle, middle, and upper middle class who makes just enough for themselves, it is not protecting us all. The middle classes are the fruits being juiced-out to feed the poor with no protection at all from the government instead of correcting the General Appropriation fund allocation considering that we have reserved funds tagges as "Unprogrammed Funds" which they can use to do the said program. No one asked if we are in favor of this, No one asked if we are okay with it. Philippines is tagged as country with high taxes at 12% compare to other south-east asian countries.
