What is uBlock DNS?
A system-wide DNS ad and tracker blocker (similar to NextDNS or AdGuard DNS) that reroutes system DNS queries to filter out ad and tracking domains before they load.
What They Offer:
System-Wide Filtering: Blocks ads and trackers across all browsers, standalone apps, and background operating system traffic.
Encrypted Connections: Uses DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) to encrypt upstream connections, hiding your queries from your ISP.
Dashboard Control: A centralized web dashboard to manage real-time filter updates and configure custom blocking rules.
Cross-Platform Client: Operates via a local service client (ublockdnsclient) supporting Windows 10+, macOS, Linux, and FreeBSD.
