Add 3 Labels and Text box for Score Total Score and Average Score.
Add 1 button to get the average of your score.

Textbox3.Text = Val (Textbox1.Text) / Val(Textbox2.Text) * 50 + 50

Average d po ba? Why not try the formula of sum of all the given number inputs then divide the sum by the total number.
