gusto ko po magset ng standalone ap sa unifi ac pro gamit yung mobile app. pero bakit po hindi nad-detect ng app yung device? connected naman po parehas sa same wifi/router(?) (pldt) yung phone and yung ap ko. thank you po.

• how do you know your ac pro is connected to your router? can you see it getting an ip address from your dhcp server (router)?
• if you know the ip address, can you just point the app to that ip address?
• are you sure your ac pro is in factory-default config? maaari kasi na naka-configure na ito with different parameters. can you try reseting the unit? tapos try ulit.
