  1. Delivery before payment: The seller must provide the account or service to the buyer first.
    Payment will only be released to the seller after successful delivery.
  2. Eligibility Clause: This "delivery-first" requirement applies only to accounts or services that the seller can securely recover or reclaim in the event the buyer fails to pay or attempts a scam.
This change is designed to eliminate scams and ensure safe, trustworthy transactions for everyone.
This will only affect the Premium Account Store items.

thankyou boss Draft , para sakin ito talaga mas ok lalo pag bago yung SELLER at wala pang napatunayan na sold premiums at mga proofs na legit siya kahit Elite member kapa, since 2019 akong Premiums Account Seller eto naman talaga dapat nauuna ang prems bago ang payments, wala naman mawawala sa makers pwede irefund o request ng account lost kung di ibalik ng seller o dika bayadan as long as nasayo yung complete payment method kaya yan mabawi. sa buyer kasi once masend mo payment pwede kana takasan, dun talagang wala kang mababawi kasi yung pera mo nalimas na haha. if nakabili ka naman ng 1time sa seller at nasulit mo. nasayo kung magdecide kang payment first na sa sunon na renewal mo. Applicable to kung talagang MAKERS ka ng accounts. pero kung resellers din lang. matinding pakikipagugnayan yan sa MAKER mo 😁
