Parrot OS Installation (VMware) – Step by Step
1. Download Parrot OS

- Piliin:
- Security Edition (recommended for häçking tools)
- Home Edition (lighter)
I-download ang .iso file 2. Open VMware Workstation
- Click Create a New Virtual Machine
Piliin:
- Typical (Recommended)
3. Select ISO File
- Click: Installer disc image file (iso)
- Browse → piliin ang Parrot OS ISO
Next 4. Choose OS Type
- Guest OS: Linux
- Version: Debian 64-bit
Next 5. Name Virtual Machine
- Name: Parrot OS
- Location: kahit saan mo gusto
Next 6. Disk Size
- Recommended:
- 20 GB or higher (mas maganda 40GB)
- Select:
- ✔ Store virtual disk as a single file
Next 7. Customize Hardware (IMPORTANT)
Click Customize Hardware
Set mo ito:
- RAM: 4GB minimum (8GB recommended)
- Processor: 2 cores or more
- Enable:
- ✔ Virtualization engine
- ✔ 3D acceleration (para smooth UI)
Close → Finish 8. Start Virtual Machine
- Click Power on this virtual machine
9. Boot Menu (Parrot OS)
Makikita mo:
- Live Mode
- Install
- Graphical Install
Piliin: Graphical Install 10. Installation Setup
Language
- Piliin: English
Location
- Piliin: Philippines
Keyboard
- Default: American English
11. User Setup
Maglalagay ka ng:
- Username: (hal. jeffrey)
- Password: (important tandaan)
12. Disk Partition
- Piliin:
Guided - use entire disk - Then:
All files in one partition - Click:
Finish partitioning and write changes
13. Install System
- Maghihintay ka ng ilang minutes
14. GRUB Bootloader
- Piliin: Yes
15. Finish Installation
- Click Continue
- Magre-restart ang VM
16. Login Screen
- Enter:
- Username
- Password

sudo apt update
sudo apt install open-vm-tools-desktop
✔ Full Screen Mode
- Press: Ctrl + Alt + Enter
✔ Update System
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
